The machine was designed using the customers data, the customer came to our site where the machine final layout was decided before the detail was added and the machine manufactured.

The machine uses pneumatic logic to control the cylinders.

The machine loads a 5mm diameter torsion spring, and then opens the hinge. The hinge is required to be presented in an open state by the end user. The facility to measure the load to open the hinge was also built in for future use.
