Radiator End Cap Leak Test Machine

This machine was designed to pressure test radiator end caps. The customer needed to check every component before their customers will accept the component.

A series of clamps operated by a two handed start seal the component to the base while it is pressure tested using an Incotech leak test box. The Seimens PLC then passes or fails the component. A spray gun paints a dot on the component upon a pass.

This is a good example of a customer having a quality issue which was solved by an automated machine for a production line environment.
