Propshaft Assembly Machine

This machine was made to cope with several different propshaft assemblies. The machine follows a sequence programmed into the PLC to enable an operator to correctly assemble the propshaft

Several Poka Yoke checks on the components are made, including a visual check by an automated camera system.

Failed components are sprayed with a red dot.

Height adjustability was required for the various heights of shafts and clamps hold the varying diameters.
