Designed on AutoCAD, this machine had to allow manufacture radiators of varying widths and heights.
A system of trapezoidal shafts allows complete adjustment.

The radiators themselves can consist of around 300 parts, so the fixture had to be accurate to ensure all the parts slide together when clamped with large clamps.

This machine was produced within a very tight deadline to suit the customers delivery date.
