Incotech designs and builds custom assembly machines – from simple fixtures to fully automated cells – with error-proofing, vision systems, and HMI prompts. We’ve delivered solutions across industries, from automotive parts to glass panels and jewellery.
We build end-of-line test machines to ensure products meet performance and assembly standards. Our solutions cover pressure, leak, load, speed, and flow testing with options for data logging and product marking. We’ve delivered rigs for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications.
Incotech designs bespoke leak testing machines and fixtures, primarily using pressure decay methods to ensure component integrity. Systems can include automated clamping, sealing, safety enclosures, and pass/fail marking, with alternative media like water, oil, nitrogen, or helium. We also offer our own manual leak testing instruments for standalone components.
We manufacture bespoke dynamometers to measure parameters such as force, torque, power, pressure, temperature, and vibration. With motor options up to 70,000 rpm and 150kW, our systems feature advanced data acquisition and can perform end-of-line testing with pass/fail limits. We favour regenerative loading methods to improve efficiency and cut energy costs.

AEROSPACE PROPSHAFT PRESS
A 4 m precision press to push end fittings squarely onto carbon fibre shafts while maintaining alignment, length, and traceable operation.
JCB Rear Fabrication Welding Fixture
This fixture was a simple, accurately aligned, low-volume solution using Sandfield clamps to hold large steel pressings for manual welding.
Automated Calibration Machine
This automated machine tests, calibrates, and marks torque-limiting screwdrivers for multiple variants under LabVIEW control.
V8 Engine Block Leak Testing
Incotech designed and commissioned a cost-effective leak test system for low-volume Jaguar V8 diesel and petrol engine blocks.
